I gained 2 lbs since my last weigh in last week. I don't know why
I tracked my calories, never went over last week, worked out 30 min cardio 5 days and strength training 3 days....and yet I gained
I weigh the same time as I did last week so I can't blame that. I know the scale is not the only factor to consider. But i never thought i would gain!!!!
I don't feel to work out right now. I feel to lie in bed and sleep...but I will do something...
