Normal BMI

Monday, June 11, 2012

Got on the scale today, and amazingly lost almost a pound. What is more spectacular is my BMI.
Drum roll please..... 24.9.
That is normal, not overweight anymore.
I know it is only normal by 0.2 pounds, but I don't care.

It has been so long since I have been in the "normal" range that I am super excited to be there again. This is not a visit; this is for keeps.

Thanks to all my sparkfriends and coaches for helping me to achieve this.
