Day 1: The Journey Begins

So I will use my Sparkpage to track everything that I am doing. I will also update this page with my reward pictures and my progress pictures. It is just my daily log that I want to return to when I look back.
Mood: Generally Happy
Rewards: I gave myself a good bath and a relaxing foot massage - does not cost a thing but it made me celebrate my day.
Exercise: I did 60 minutes of walking and running alternate then did a 15 minute unexpected sprint to buy some food in the evening.
Food: I ate more vegetables than usual. I also stayed away from meat and white grains as much as I can.
Motivation: I tell my boyfriend aboutwhat I am doing and I enjoy the approval and the attention. I also put some stars on my white board whenever I eat a good meal so that really gets me on track as well.
