So I normally spend Sunday browsing SparkPages to check in on others and celebrate with them. I read a few who talked about doctor appointments. Well I visited my endocrinologist last Thursday, tweaked my meds and added a little fire under my butt.
I'm ready to give 90%. I didn't say 100% because I have to be realistic. This 90% can be meal prepping, illiminateing soda's or other. I can't make all changes at once. I know me. So I made my meals (lunch, breakfast) for the week. This will definitely help with watching calories.
100% for me would be kicking everything, cold-turkey, working out everyday and ect. If I fail, it would be horrible. I have an all or nothing personality. This has been my problems. I set the standards to high and when my body doesn't react or I'm too tired to perform, then I say "I'll start over tomorrow".
Tomorrow doesn't come for another month or so because I am mentally beating myself up.
Monday I hope to start Turbo Fire. (This is part of my 90%). I bought the DVD's around December, started and stopped the first week. I will try my best to blog after my first week.
