This certainly feels like my pursuit of goals lately. I got focused, then distracted, focused, then distracted. My desire to get my health on the right track is so strong, then I sprain my foot. I am ready to get meals prepped and going, weíve been camping for three weekends in a row, which means no time for much grocery shopping, much less food prep.
And again, I will get up. This week itís a week-long training with lunches ordered in. The good news is that I donít have any more camping trips for over a month, so there is time to get the house in order (and in turn the kitchen, workout room, etc.). My breakfasts are prepped, and our dinners are planned. Even with the bum foot, I am hoping to focus on my upper body and core for the next few weeks. They have always been my weakest points anyway, so I will have no more excuses not to work on it. Resting my foot is the biggest priority, I miss walking without pain. My son is so sick of quick fix dinners and junk food that even he is excited for a whole week of home cooking mommy style.
