Hey friends! I've been MIA for a few days. I was not accessible. However, this weekend I had to eat whatever was in front of me. I can honestly tell you that the five days that I ate gluten free I felt GREAT! In fact, I woke up and felt "skinny" and ready to conquer anything. This weekend though I had to eat foods that I were gluten filled. Tonight I feel terrible. I overate this weekend which I know is contributing to this but I am at least 3000 calories over my goal. I feel bloated. I feel fat.
I am not happy about anything right now including my job. I am not happy about my weight loss efforts or the lack thereof.
I am hoping that this attitude problem is just because of the weekend but I think I need to figure out a lot. To top off the mood, my shorts today were tight. Yep, tight.
