Gluten-Intolerance is Definite!

Hey friends! I've been MIA for a few days. I was not accessible. However, this weekend I had to eat whatever was in front of me. I can honestly tell you that the five days that I ate gluten free I felt GREAT! In fact, I woke up and felt "skinny" and ready to conquer anything. This weekend though I had to eat foods that I were gluten filled. Tonight I feel terrible. I overate this weekend which I know is contributing to this but I am at least 3000 calories over my goal. I feel bloated. I feel fat.

I am not happy about anything right now including my job. I am not happy about my weight loss efforts or the lack thereof.

I am hoping that this attitude problem is just because of the weekend but I think I need to figure out a lot. To top off the mood, my shorts today were tight. Yep, tight.

    I had the exact same feelings this Sunday too, but not becuase of gluten because of glutton lol. I ate 4000 calories over last week and skipped my weigh in because I knew it would just keep things continuing badly. So far mon and tues have been okay. I think we all go in phases, but if you have identified things in your life that you're unhappy with you should try to change those if possible.
