A few days at a time...

Good start to recommitting to healthy eating! Increased fruits and veggies. Ate yogurt and cottage cheese. Got most of my water done. Kept my senses at special occasion. Tracked it all. Amazing how much better the food and sticking to summer goals feels. Tomorrow I try out Insanity! On my way to a healthy summer....

To anyone out there who needs to hear it with me...just keep starting again and again and again. Don't let setbacks sabotage what could could be. Today is the day to make a healthy choice. Congratulate yourself for even small steps. I am 15 lbs up but still 25 down. It's almost a year and I am still in it.

Keep Sparking! Successes and setbacks shared by other are encouragement and support. Thanks to all who post and blog.

Lots of times we're just venting are organizing our thoughts for ourselves and someone is touched by that story or pic. I know I am. Blog out your thoughts, plans, frustrations...

    I find it very hard to keep my senses at special occasions so "good for you"!! That is so hard to do!! emoticon emoticon
    I like the way you stay focused on the positive ( what you have lost and kept off and not what you gained back ) and your willingness to stick it out for the long run... sometime I think "breaks" are good to readjust your "set point". Glad that your are back to sparking !! emoticon Peggy

    thank you for your comment on my page, and thank you for your blog. exercise doesn't come easy for me at all. and i have done insanity before. i was 3 weeks into it, and i felt like one of the other members who said... i didn't "love" it... and that is my problem... i don't "love" exercise. it is not my friend... :( but your blog inspires me, that maybe one day i will look at it, and it will be my friend... emoticon
