As the weekend ends

I have been so busy working outside gardening, mowing the lawn, washing the car and motorcycle, I did not do any tracking or "official " exercise. I DO however feel like I did a lot of "moving around" which is good! I am actually a tad sore from some of the bending and reaching while planting, and making a new bed for my raspberry plants.

I know tracking is very important, and believe me ... I have been very aware of everything I ate this weekend, and I actually made awesome choices! I will be back on the boards tomorrow, and need to put in my weight for the June 2-3 lb challenge IF I can find the group..LOL

    Hey, Sherry,

Both gardening and mowing the lawn are exercise that's covered in the Cardio section of the Fitness page. I'll bet you racked up some serious time doing both of those!
