Yesterday was a bad food day - too much of the wrong things. However, when I totalled everything up this am - it was just barely over - the good habits are kicking in. Today, good food day - and will be able to get some time on the stationary bike. Definitely a help. Also spent half a day working so I don't feel so bad about where I am. Will keep after it. Have to travel at the end of the week - hopefully, will be further along.
