So the past few weeks, I have really slacked off. I've found that I am really good at making excuses not to go to the gym.
- I'm too tired to go this morning, I'll just go in the evening after work
-Work was too hectic today, I'll go in the morning
This last week was a wakeup call for me. At today's weigh in, I gained 3 lbs since last week.
It's time for excuses to stop and I need to get back to the gym. My partner who travels for work has been able to continually lose. He manages to do cardio at the hotel after he is done teaching his classes. I need to get back into the habit.
So today, it was 30 minutes on the elliptical. I also took the dog for a walk (little over a mile).
Got into the pool for 30 minutes.
Vacation is coming in 3 weeks. Gotta get my weight goal back in focus.
