So the assignment was to find ways to change up your walk!
1. I love walking sideways. Totally feels like different muscles are being used!
2. I have lots of trees to water on our property. 7 are about a football field away from another 7. Have discovered I can set the hose in one tree well, walk the "football" field, set a hose in another tree well. Then return across the "football" field and move hose to another well. Repeat 14 times- hey that's a way to increase walking, rather than stand and water each tree.!!!!
3. Tried walking with my dog. uhmmm....not so great. He has to stop and pee on everything. Was a much slower walk!
4.Haven't tried this yet but am going to speed up for one minute, then go slower for one minute. Repeat for entire walk.
