Ok, this will be quick because I have to get going to work. But, I lost 2.6lbs this week. Yes!!! I'll take it. Checking back on my goals, I didn't make all of them. The exercise ones I didn't do too well on. But, the calories I counted for the most part on Spark and some days on my own and I honestly did a whole lot better when I counted the calories on paper. Hmm. I didn't do my measurements but, I did write an update blog. So, I guess that goal was done.
This week's goals are:
-Track calories either on paper or in Spark. Go with the flow. Take it day by day.
-Do ab exercises 2-3 times this week. Planks, sit ups, the whole thing. I've got to start toning up my abs.
-Do weight training 2-3 times this week. Tone up those arms but, also work on the rest of the body. Legs, etc.
-Take my measurements for this month and do the blog for it. I have to make sure I don't forget.
I'm going to make a plan for this week when I get back from work so that I can include the exercise and take my measurements sometime this week. Here we go! I'm not going to be forgetting. Let's go!
