Yes, losing weight seems like an insurmountable obstacle. Something I have been trying to do for so many years and never succeeding. Feeling very down today, like a failure. Set the goals, reset the goals, and reset the goals again but never to succeed. I'm good for a week or two, then quit. Over and over again.
In the meantime, my health is going to crap. I know the diabetes is getting worse. I just know it, but I avoid going to the doctor because I know he is going to scold me.
So right now, I am just going to focus on logging in and logging food as best as I can. No grand weight loss goals by a certain time. Logging in and getting spark points. That's it.
