I had lost 35 pounds. Then I got sick. I gained 10 pounds back but I don't find that very discouraaging. I'm thankfull I'm healthy enough now to start considering working out again. I don't have the same enthusiasim as I did before but I know I will again, one step at a time. I have to start this now. I got rid of all my big clothes and now my new clothes are getting a little snug. Today I will run, maybe just 20 minutes I"m not sure but the point is that I'm willing and able to do something today and it feels good to have that option back in my life.
