It seems as if I can actually notice changes occurring in my life.
My energy, confidence, and concentration are changing. Every since I started to go to the new fitness center at work on my lunch. I can also now walk 3 miles in the morning, work at my dad's sorting through his things, and still go out and play/walk with my daughter after supper. In the past, that 3 mile walk in the morning would have done me in for the rest of the day. I'm still 'tired' but not down for the day.
My tastes are starting to change. I don't 'crave' bad food so much anymore. I have made a effort to eat more 'Italian' or vinegarette dressing and no long want or prefer ranch like I use to.
These are good changes occuring and I just hope I can keep them up.
