Goals for 6/10 through 6/16

My weight is up about 4 1/2 lbs today. No surprise there. Amazingly I'm not completely bummed or depressed about it. More resigned than anything. You just can't eat like I have been the last couple days without expecting a gain. I'm really hoping that with a week of good clean eating and exercise it will be gone again by next week. This week my schedule should be back to normal with no excessive eating out to throw me off course.
My goals are going to be pretty simple and basic:
Eat within my calorie range (1600-1900) every day.
Eat 5 freggies every day
Drink 3 bottles of water every day
Do 40 minutes of cardio 5 days
Do a SP strength video every day
Log in to SP and read a motivational article every day
Smile every day!
