I REFUSE to delay or postpone my workouts during PROBLEMATIC TIMES. Can't do it. Won't do it. I need TO CONTINUE ON!
I REFUSE TO drink less then half my weight in ounces of water a day.
I REFUSE to eat less then half my weight in grams of protein each day.
I REFUSE to eat white food
I REFUSE TO eat corn and food made from corn products
I REFUSE TO eat sugar and will check all nutritional labels and ingredients, if sugar is above number 6 I will not eat it.
I REFUSE to settle.for An unhealthy meal.
I REFUSE not to read articles that will teach me what I need to know!
I REFUSE to leave you behind. I will not walk in front of you.
I REFUSE to be left behind. I will live my life FULLY!
I REFUSE to find a way to continue going to the Y and on days when it is impossible, I WILL WALK!
I REFUSE not to share my knowledge with others! Were in this together and together we can do this!
I REFUSE to drink pop (soda) be it regular or diet!
I REFUSE to drink coffee.
