FB vs SP

I bet I'd be more consistent with reaching my fitness goals if I checked into SP as frequently as I check in and lounge around on FB!

It's been a year since my last blog entry, my Spark Streak percentages are in the toilet...ugh, this is ridiculous. And my weight is the same now as it was this time last year. I've got to do better.

    Find a team you really enjoy...and you WILL spend as much time here! I got so involved at one point, I was spending more than an hour a day here, and had to force myself to cut back.

You start posting on the team's forums, then someone replies, etc.

And if you join is some sort of challenge, you'll be going under! emoticon

    I felt the same way but NOW I seem to be on SP just as much as FB... There is much less drama on SP.. haha I feel, before Long, I'll be here MORE then FB.. :)

  Not being on FB I couldn't comment, but I know SP is fully focused on good health, and that for me is the key to success! Good luck to you! emoticon
