Weekly update and new goals

So it is another new week. Another new set of challenges are coming up. For instance, how does a person do well while on vacation? I'm going away this weekend and I feel like the vacation is going to be some activity mixed with a lot of going out to eat. Yay for vacations but I don't like the feeling of going out to eat everyday. Especially when if I go out to eat, I'd still be able to get the waffle fries instead of vegetables on the side.
Last week's goals went okay. I went to the gym every single day. That's huge. My eating habits weren't that great though. I went to a buffet (it was amazing) and ate a bunch of junk throughout the week. My weight is about the same as last week, no loss, a minor .2 gain. I recorded what I ate for about 2 days instead of 3. I didn't blog as much as I should have but it's alright, I was at the gym.
New goals for this week:
-Go to the gym at least 4 times this week
-attempt to log food at the start of every day
-maintain weight while on vacation
-stop eating when I feel full (I eat with my eyes instead of my gut)
-jog 2 miles on the treadmill (I haven't jogged in a while)
That's all folks. Zumba this morning, I'm awful at it. I have a bad memory, not into dancing, but I do it because sometimes it feels nice and I have to work on my memory skills.
