June 10th - Making progress

Not necessarily in my weigh loss goals, but in my life in general.

I've become more aware of my diet; I think of the number on the scales, rising and rising; I've been aware of my weight gain for a couple of months, and REALLY aware in the last few weeks, but have just let myself carry on binging. I might not have stopped eating crap, but at least now when I eat it, I'm thinking "is this really worth it?"

I've been decorating and de-cluttering the house, which is a real chore for a single mum with 3 kittens and a 4 y/o underfoot! And planning his 4th birthday (in a couple of weeks) and some obligations to a couple of friends (also a few days before his B-day) and finally juggling inset days and home visits from his new school...I'll be thankful when it's over!
