Healthy Trim Day 14

Even though I took the 2 pills at 830 am like I have since I started I was beyond exhausted all day. My only guess is that I didn't get enough sleep last night, but when that normally happens by about noon I'm fine.

I'm just not sure what to think about taking this Healthy Trim. Besides in the morning I'm not sure if it's giving me more energy and it is not suppressing my appetite any.

    Have you tried nuts in the morning? I find a breakfast of egg whites, over spinace, with ham and a cheddar slice. Next 7-10 walnuts or almonds. Nuts suppress the appetite naturally.
Hope you like eggs and nuts!! I also had the misfortune of eating more than l needed and drank alchol free pina coladas and gained 6 ormore pounds on a cruise.
Well as for the eggs cheese and ham (3 proteins), in the morning, truly staved off hunger.
Not only did this work for me, l do have hypothyroidism and worried my extra weight made my metabolism too sluggish to loose weight, was l ever wrong.
We really can change it all. Rooting in your corner!

    Sounds like those pills may be doing more harm than good. I would stop taking them. There is no sense in risking your health. Take care.

    I have been tracking my food and exercising like crazy (Taking advantage of summer and swimming a lot)

I didn't expect miracles, but I was hoping for a boost. I don't feel like I'm getting it. Maybe it's just too early to tell. emoticon

But I have gone from drinking 8-12 glasses of water to about 15 or more.

    ONE PILL IN THE WORLD WILL WORK IF YOU DON'T EAT HEALTHY AND EXERCISE. ONE DAY AT A TIME WE WILL ALL DO THIS IF OUR MINDS ARE SET I AM STRUGGLING TO GET MY MIND SET BEEN DOING BAD. DO IT THE HEALTHY WAY TRACK YOUR FOOD AND FITNESS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. WE ARE ALL HERE FOR YOU IF YOU NEED ANYTHING AT ALL JUST ASK. I DID THOSE PILLS AND R TOOK ME RIGHT OFF MY HEART WAS RACING.
