Up at 4:30, breakfast...drove to Athens, Ohio to attend my daughter's boyfriend, JD's graduation from Ohio University. It was a good day, but a long day. After the ceremony, we went out for lunch...had a rib eye. Came home, crashed & had a salad for dinner. Right now, I am still at the low end of my nutritional ranges. I think that I will go to bed before I mess up...haha...Take care & enjoy the rest of the weekend...
