HEY SPARKERS!

down -2.5 lbs. at Dr.'s office early this morning. i usually weigh-in before eating.

went out for brunch, all food from today tracked in SP

walked 35 mins to garden centre, WALKING TRACKED IN SP

worked the garden for a couple of hours.

STAYING IN TOUCH WITH SP.
