I worked out at the gym and while I tried to do longer than 30 minutes on the elliptical my knee felt like that would not be a good idea. So 35 minutes and I was done with today's exercise!
I have been feeling overall very positive about my exercise streak and really think it has been helping with my weight loss. Yeah, who knew!
I know what to do but it gets so hard to actually implement it sometimes. At least that is what I used to tell myself but with this streak I'm learning that you can add in exercise and it not take all your energy.
In fact I think I always thought exercise took so much time because I would spend the time before exercising dreading it then push myself to go and do it (while also dreading it the whole time thinking it really didn't make much difference) then the rest of the day regretting not "giving it my all".
No wonder I obsessed about how much exercising sucked! In the end if you just try and think that it has to get done- it requires a lot less mental energy!
