I have to say that I am so happy. I am loving this vegan food plan and I lost 2.1kgs this week!!!
I was not at all hungry and I didnt worry about my serving sizes because I just wanted to eat healthy and not worry about weight loss but what can I say except what an incredible bonus.
I ate delicious food, stuck to my plan most of the time and I shed some kilos. Imagine what could happen if I really stuck to the plan. I am happy doing it this way for now. I think I might finally be on a roll.
I have never lost weight in winter before....ever!!!!! happy, happy, happy.
