I have continued to work out 3x per week, but not at an effective intensity.

I have been not been tracking, and my clothes are feeling tight.

Strategy:
1) Start tracking.
2) Bought some cool-and-comfortable workout pants, half-price plus extra 30 percent off. Ready to step it up!

    Good for you - hit it hard but don't overdo it. I hope that makes sense on some level.

I know I've been sliding and now it's time to pay the piper and get moving!!

    It is so true that if you "Act the Part" you will soon be living it.
During the 4.5 hour drive home from visiting my grandbaby... I found myself craving veggies. Who would have thought that would happen.
You are making changes that are part of your life.

    You can do this! We have all been there where we get "lazy" with tracking or exercise. Just go on where you are!

    As someone remarked on my blog, "many of us are dusting off our Beck books." As I am reading I am feeling more settled.

Going public with your intentions is an important step back into the future. It doesn't take long to get back into the tracking mode but the exercise takes a bit more push.

    Like the cool workout points. like the sale price, too. It's a process. Sometimes you're GO GO GO. sometimes you need to chill a while. Fell away from tracking for a while myself, and it's been an eye opener to keep count of my nutrition again. emoticon for planning out your strategy!
