A KICK BACK DAY!

Well I woke up at 6:30 & saw Larry off to work & started Sparking but in the middle I started cleaning house & completely forgot to blog today. Whoops. I also ended up taking a nap & have played around with Guitar Hero. Not much else has gone on today. I am just kind of letting myself be & doing what my body tells me to do. Was not able to completely quite smoking but have significantly cut down. I have made new rules like no smoking while at the computer or sitting down. I am trying to make myself go outside to & soak up some sun although there hasn't been much today. Didn't get to go lay out in my pool like yesterday. I hope you all are having great days!

    Cutting down is great! You can also only smoke outside as a trick if you want to. Only allow yourself one if you go outside and only one each time. Don't keep running in and out though to do it. LOL! If you've been smoking for years, it'll take a while to get use to not doing something with your hands. Just like in exercise, modify. :) Don't light up the minute you get out of bed, if you don't, your body doesn't seem to crave it more, sounds strange, but true. :) Hang in there! Love you! HUGS!

    If you can quit smoking, that will be a HUGE step toward a healthy body. Smoking causes damage in EVERY body system, not just your lungs. There are a lot of good products on the market now to help you!

    proud of you girl keep on quitting and remeber IF you gain weight quitting no big deal. the weight is statisicly 95% like to come of once you completly quit. it is supposed to be the easyest weight to loss. you MIGHT ever gain. and don't forget the small suckers it takes about as long to disolve in you mouth as it takes to smoke 2 cig.
