DIY Workout

So, l I really like Zumba, but I don't really like the class near me, plus I didn't make it this morning, plus, there are some awesome songs that I love that I'm pretty sure I will never hear in a class. SOOOOOO.... today's workout was.... making up my own Zumba inspired routines to some of my favourite songs! It was fun and I am dripping with sweat! I love Superchick, and they do some awesome remixes of their own songs and the lyrics and beats just get me pumped, so I chose two songs from their most recent CD, Reinvention: Rock What You Got and Cross the Line. I think maybe I'll work up a whole half hour routine for myself. :) Maybe I'll record it and post it if I get brave. :)

    Maybe I should do that too! I can't afford to go to Zumba all the time, but if I just go to a couple of classes I can learn the moves and make up my own routines. Good job still getting a good workout in even though you missed the class. Oh and you're right, no change is better than gaining emoticon

    Zumba is fun. I have to do mind in a chair. It is still lots of fun and a good workout. Glad you are having fun with it and love the music. Keep it up!
