I have had a verse sticking in my head, floating just out of consciousness, and I found it this morning.
" However, I consider my life worth nothing to me; my only aim is to finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me —the task of testifying to the good news of God’s grace." Acts 20:24


For me, this healthy journey is about God's Grace. Living a life that has Christ at the center, not food. A life of joy, not depression. A life of good healthy choices, not addiction. There is no end point, until I am truly done with the human body...hopefully a long time in coming. I have much to do in this life time.
