Well, I haven't met any of my goals for the week. If I eat beans today I will meet the 3x a week goal. Other than that I failed with everything except avoiding fast food. I haven't been exercising after dinner because I haven't been feeling well. I have gotten some walking in this week but I didn't track it. I have a month until I see the dietician again. I really want to make progress but my head isn't in the game at the moment. I thought I was ready to work on this again but I guess I am just the failure that I have always been when it comes to losing weight.
