So week one !I realized I need a scale (no brain-er).Ive been going strong on my calorie counting actually Ive been finding it hard to get over 1000 Cal's,but that's OK ill get a jump start on this diet .I'm not finding my self hungry, I'm eating a lot of veggies! There will all ways be that late night I want to snack on something ,but that's OK because I'm usually short on my calories by then . I usually have about 800-900 by then so i have room for a 200 or so calorie late snack .
Now as for exercise I'm struggling .I'm getting at lest 10 min to 20 but that's about it and I know that's not going to cut it . Last year I was walking 5-8 miles a day and some other form of exercise .So need less to say i need to kick it up a notch or 10.
My husband has been home all week and I find it hard to motivate myself when he's home . Hes extremely fit has a very active job climbing trees, so when he's home he doesn't want to exercise or especially go for a walk .Oh and did I mention climbing trees burns 1300 Cal's an hour so he can eat like a horse and not have a problem and he needs to. So that's fun with all the junk he and the kids eat .Love me some spinach dip, you know the creamy one that's about 100 Cal's for 2 teaspoons and the chips to eat it with ,I need to make it disappear "Oh i have no idea how it ended up in the trash hunny." .If its not that it will always be something else so ill get over it .
"Welcome to the new me 100 lbs lite-r."that is enough motivation I need , to be able to say that one day soon ! I will do this !
