Before the Summer Challenge begins, I wanted to do some research on what is a reasonable weight loss goal. I visited this website and put in my measurements.

If I did everything correctly, a weight loss goal of 124 is reasonable. A 2.4% reduction- 3 lbs.
127 *.2536 = 32 pounds body fat
127 lbs - 32 pounds fat = 95 pounds of lean body bass (bones, organs)
127 pounds * .23 (body fat% desired) = 29.21 body fat
95 pounds lean body mass + 29 pounds body fat = 124 reasonable goal
