CARDIO STREAK 395
STRENGTH STREAK 343
So I started today off with some homework and sparking. Then I had breakfast and cleaned the kitchen before our vacation I want the house cleaned good. After that went and got some groceries and my hair cut. Tomorrow I will color it. I'm waiting for my teacher to get back to me on a couple of questions.
So for my exercise so far I did 30 minutes 2 miles, alternating bicep curls, lying adductions, squats and a stretch.
