-I will eat at or below my calorie goals.
-I will eat 5 veggie servings a day
-When I start to hear my thoughts go to "You've done well all day, a few snacks tonight won't make the difference" I'll drink water and/or do 20 jumping jacks.
-I will have mandatory fun!
I haven't figured out the last one in detail yet. That's the first order of business this morning, after my morning leisure time, then my morning work out.
