Alright, I'm in a routine--but it's definitely new for me. Tracking food and exercise is going well. I'm teaching a 2 hour Fun Fit class for kids 5X weekly at the Y. I enjoy it, and boy do we move! I am definitely burning some extra calories on the job this summer!
These were my goals from this week and here's how I did--
This week I will:
Run 35 miles ---
Go to Yoga at least once---class was cancelled but I did it at home with a video
Strength train at least twice
Eat meatless at least 4X this week well only 2X meatless + 2 others were fish and 1 slice of turkey bacon--close but not quite!
Track all my food at least 5X this week
Read health and fitness books/magazine articles for at least 60 minutes this week
