Rough morning

Im having a hard time getting anything done today. The baby is very fussy and doesn't want to nap. Housework has been slow going and I'd hoped to have a short workout in by now. I managed to do some shoulder presses before she started crying again. It's very frustrating. I'm going to keep trying but it's days like this that have caused me to gain so much weight. Kids crying or messing and me running circles behind them trying to maintain order. Maybe eventually both kids will nap n I'll b able to do something besides sleep with them.

    emoticon You can do this. Playing with the toddler is a great way to get some cardio in. Keep telling yourself that as soon as they settle for a nap you will do a workout. Remember, it doesn't have to be all at one time!

    I am!! That's the big difference in the new me, the old me would b parked on the couch eating chocolate feeling helpless. I got her to sleep for 5 whole minutes n chill in her swing for 10 more, which gave me 15 minutes to get through a couple circuits with the help of my toddler of course!! Lol I feel better n less stressed already!
