Yep..I did kinda okay yesterday. I ate 2015 calories going over my max by 100 calories however I exercised just over 1100 calories worth of burning. So all in all I'm still over 1000 to the good and since it all evens out in the long run I'm not going to slap myself for the Penko chicken fingers, Asian salad and 2 Tuckerman beers I had for dinner before I did 2 hours of shopping in several stores.

Yesterday was a bummer day with a possible Triple Crown Winner being scratched, all our hopes were high in the horse racing industry as well as all over the world. Wishing "I'll Have Another" good healing from the tendonitis and a happy retirement.

Now off to enjoy a nice day off and trim my rabbits, clean around their cages and do some house cleaning - more calories to say Bye Bye to... emoticon
