some things are so easy. walking, for example. just get me out the door and the miles add up. and really, running (ok, in my case slow-motion jogging) is the same thing, not a problem. love being outdoors, seeing the new wildflowers and birds, watching the seasons. oh yeah.
tracking nutrition and fitness - yep, i can do it. and it shows...progress on the scale.
but ST? not so much. i *have* to make that commitment to myself. again. i know it helps, and i'm only doing baby steps (two exercises mostly), but i'm slipping up again.
and then there is planning - although i haven't slipped into bad eating, i know i should Have A Plan for meals - and that doesn't seem to happen. today is leftover day... so that is easy:
dinner: meatless meatloaf from 1000 vegan recipes with mashed potatoes and salad
lunch: the last of the chard and white beans plus the kale miso soup from two days ago.
ok. so i have a plan for today... but tomorrow? gotta work on it.
and then there is my desk... nah, won't go there yet...
