Day 15: I feel good!

This is my first blog post ever! So forgive me if this is boring, but I won’t be keeping it long.
I started this journey on 05/25/2012 and I just completed 15 days today. I have been in a very busy schedule since the day I started. I am at college and this time of the year we have our finals which is loaded with study and lots of time sitting down bent on the table reading and revising. Actually when I told my friends at class about my new plan they told me it was too stupid to even consider being on a diet during finals time. Well, I am here on day 15 weighing 6 pounds less! And I haven’t even one day felt that my eating habit or low sugar intake was getting in the way of my learning or revising.
It has actually helped me! How? Well, it’s hard enough to be sitting all the time revising for a hell load of stuff and have major exams every single week day! But putting in my schedule now has helped me arange my study times around my cooking, eating, snacking times so that I don’t get bored as much as I used to when studying before!
And the most important of all! I feel good!! I feel great actually! Even after 6 pounds which is not a really big number, I can feel the change in my body and I can’t imagine what it will feel like when I reach my goal!
