So, I bought a protein shake that has 120 calories 24 g of carbs and 20 g of protein in each scoop. I have taken this about 3 times and when i do I only add enough to coat the bottom of the scoop I never use a whole scoop. I mix it with water and drink it. And each time I gain between 1.5 - 2.5 pounds the next day lol. Did I purchase garbage or should I give it more time. I'm afraid if I take it for a week I will gain back the weight I lost. I am 32 years old, 4 feet 11 inches tall and I currently weigh 164.5 on a good day 166 otherwise lol. I am a hourglass figure with BIGGER breasts and thighs. I currently strength train and jog on my treadmil and I lose 0.5 a month. What am I doing wrong?
