Amanda: I enjoyed watching your vlog. You did just fine. At my age, it is rare I get down on the floor like that anymore. I might not be able to get up. I do a lot of biking and water aerobics for exercise. Enjoy doing those floor exercise while you can and keep the body young and limber.
