Feeling pretty good today. Yesterday I fastened a jacket I couldn't before, and today I wore pants

Friday, June 08, 2012

Yes, I am feeling pretty good today. Yesterday I put on a jacket that my mom gave me for my birthday last year and I couldn't fasten it. I would wear a tank top underneath and leave it open...until yesterday. I got ready for work and put on the fancy lace jacket, and without thinking I put the button through the hole and then it hit me. OMG!!! I fastened it! It fits over my chest. I was feeling good about that and the 1.4 pounds I lost, slept with swimsuit fantasies in my head, and woke up ready to measure. I found that I lost 2" off of my waist (stagnant since May 19), and 1" off of my hips. Yeah!

I got ready for work and put on pants that were too tight and okay if I wore a long jacket over them to hide the tightness in the butt, however I buttoned my pants and there was room to grow!!! 2 good days in a row.

I came home, changed, and did Insanity Max Recovery. Because I only burned 200 calories, I decided to add Hip Hop Abs and added another 330 calories burned to my total.

Oh how I hope this keeps up! I do want to see a difference in my lower abs though. REALLY want to see a change, but that measurement is holding steady. I am optimistic now though. I'll just keep doing the Hip Hop Abs and concentrate on my form to "crunch" my lower abs.

Yeah! Good way to start a weekend.

Congratulations on the changes in your wardrobe. It feels good to know there's enough change to make a difference in the way things fit. Keep up the good work.
