" -Take my measurements for this month and do the blog for it. I hope I don't forget. "
There you have it. "I hope I don't forget." That's the key. And, of course, I forgot to take my measurements on Wednesday. So, I just decided to go ahead and take them on either tomorrow or Sunday and then update on that on Sunday's blog or something. And, of course, I totally forgot to do it and part of the goal is to write a blog about it so, here I am doing a "make-that-goal-happen" emergency, update blog. Phew!
So, here's the update. TOM was this past week so, hopefully I'll see some real great progress now that it's gone and in the final days of this week... and I'll really see that water weight that has been really getting on my nerves come off. So, let's just hope that it'll all be gone by Sunday's weigh-in and I'm pretty sure that it will be. Hopefully, I'll be around 210 or less by Sunday to make another 2-3lb loss week. Here we go!!! Definitely trying to make it.
Now, about those other goals which were to get some ab and weights in during the week. I've been slacking so much on that. I only got one workout that included weights and abs, sort of. So, I haven't really made that goal but, you know what? I'm working up to it, slowly and that's all that counts.
So, here's to finishing this week off strong. Here we go!!!
