Ok I signed up with this site back in January why have I not taken advantage of it?
Well for Mother's Day I asked for a stationary bike and I received it. A week later I asked for some weight bands and again I got what I asked for. I have been using both but not like I should. I have started keeping track on paper how long I ride the bike and how many calories it says I burn and stuff.
Today I have started a diet plan that a friend uses to lose all his weight. According to the site I am over on my calories already today but I'm not to worried about that as I am just trying to start a healthier routine and exercise more regularly. Good luck to me.
Right now I am living in the San Antonio area but I'm not from this state so I rarely leave my house, so this may become a challenge for me...
