I've managed to lose 6 lbs this week although most of that is just not haveing a appetite at all. But I'm still exicted about the number. I'll take all I can get. I still havent really been able to do to much exercise but I think by next week I should be able to start again.
I've been really inspired by some of the blogs I've been reading and since I know i get real bored doing the same thing over again I'm going to try hooping. I ordered one yesterday. I'm getting hoops for my older grandkids and were all going to do it together,,That ought to be fun. My oldest granddaughter is really good, she's going to be everyone elses teacher, which in her case she will have a blast. I'm also going to switch up my cardio. I was doing just the treadmill, but I'm going to start that and a stationary bike or whatever the fancy term is for them now. Thankfully we have a gym in our complex that I can workout in. Also if the weather ever warms up enough we can go swimming. I'm hoping that with a variety of things I'll have a much easier time keeping up on doing exercise Which is something I have never gotten into.
I'm planning to try keeping this blog up more often since I can't really get real exicted about reaching my goals without making others feel bad, There are some I just really want to share it. Both my daughters are trying to lose weight also but they still have'nt reached a point where they can give up some of thier bigger problemsm and I know the'yd feel like like I was rubbing it in.
