Hard Exercise Works Day 25- Last Day of Bootcamp

After 5 weeks, 5 days a week of Hard Exercise Works , I've lost 5 lbs, 2 inches from my waist, and 5 inches off my body in total. Except for my biceps, I gained a .25 inch there. lol I wish I would have lost more in total lbs, but I'm sure I've gain quite a bit in muscle, so that makes me feel good! What I'm most happiest about tho is my double chin being gone!!! Three cheers for one chin!! Hip hip! lol
