Getting ready for a weekend up at the lake fishing. I am not afraid of completing my challenge! I just will need to modify for 2 days.
I will try to put my food in the tracker before I leave and modify it when I return.
I will write down my bp in a journal and check off that I have taken my meds.
I will eat healthy and walk at least 2 hours aday!
I will be successful and I will finish this challenge on sunday! the best is yet to come as I see the finish line just ahead.... Never give up and always believe in yourself!
