So one of friends who is in the military is going away for a month and his little sister is graduating high school so we are all going out tonight to Golden corral. I know i will not be able to resist their chocolate fountain so I am not going to even try. I will get a few peices of rice mallow treats and dip them and then some fruit and a call it done. That way i get to enjoy it but know i need a limit. I am usually the girl who eats one plate of food then visits the chocolate fountain about 3 times. I guess it's better that i am making a plan now and then i can ask my husband to grab it for me so i don't go over board.
That's not where are weekend parties end. Saturday I am going to a 2pm showing of Wicked and am so excited. I will be getting up at 7am and eatting my breaky and then going to the gym. I plan to have a nice healthy lunch after the gym but before the show so that when we go to dave and buster's for a friend's birthday dinner I can splurge a little and get their sweet potatoe fries.
Then on sunday I will also be waking up at 7am breaky then gym. then writing 2 of my finals due next week are writen finals and i will be writing about 16 pages so it's not too bad but will need some work. I will do an hour writing and then an hour cleaning and meal planning. Later in the evening about6 or so I will be going to my parents for dinner. I will be certain to eat healthy during the day because my mother's cooking is Sooooooooo good and she makes something decadent everytime.
I know sunday dinner's will always have some splurge and will just plan of making sure the rest of my day is on track to make sure I do not feel any guilt for the dinner.
the week after next I will be starting my new schedule for work and plan on biking to and from work and using the gym her at work to do some weights before i head home this way I am already in my gym cloths before i start for home and can use my biking as some cardio. The 6.5 miles treck takes me about 40 minutes so it's not too shabby and as long as I am pedaling the whole time some major calories will be getting burned.
