Okay, so I fell off the wagon a little bit yesterday with some Kettle Chips... Right back on afterwards though! Today is so far so good. I am definitely a nibbler and I probably nibble on an extra 300 calories every day. I think I should start measuring and weighing my food, it could be eye-opening.
I've been walking the dog and neglecting my Beach Body DVD, but today I'm going to do it... in a few minutes actually. :-) I have signed up for one Pilates class next week and two yoga classes, plus I'll continue with the strength training and the dog walking....
Now get this.... I signed up to run... yes, I said run... a 5K this October. I'm a couch potato vegan and I'm going to run a 5K in October. Nothing like stepping out of your comfort zone to get 'er done! So, to get ready for this 5K I have to train. TRAIN?!! LOL.... isn't that the thing that runs down the track? Oh yes, I'll be become good friends with the track. I must be crazy!!!! Well, this is good in a way, because two weeks ago I signed up to run a 10K next May. There may be hope for me yet.
