Chicken recipes anyone?

I have a ton of chicken in the freezer......a whole chicken, chicken legs, chicken breasts, I've checked out the Spark people recipes and pinterest too and I can't seem to find a recipe that really gives the chicken great flavor. Does anyone else know a secret I don't?!

    thanks. I'm going to try that in a couple days. It seems nothing I do makes the chicken take in flavor. The only success I've had is wrapping it in bacon, which is bad and also the reason I am asking for flavor advice lol

    something really easy to do with chicken, that won't add a ton of extra calories or sodium but adds tons of flavor, is to brine it. if the chicken is already frozen you'll have to thaw it and then let it soak in the brine for a bit before grilling, roasting, or sauteing it - i like to freeze it in the brine so it's even easier. here's a great link for a recipe - i've used this on turkey too for thanksgiving!

i also love letting it marinate for a few minutes in different types of oils and vinegars. balsamic is one of my favorites, or flavored olive oils like basil, garlic, or lemon.
